Press Release Summary: Luxury sport fishing yacht club EPYC has acquired their first
club game boat to be used by club members staying aboard the Pacific Provider mother
ship. This boat is made for fun days out on the water catching the big ones.

Press Release Body: Setting the expectations bar high, the Eastern Pacific Yacht
Club scoured the country for the first of its two planned game boats to be placed
into service for Club Members this September.

The competition was tough but eventually a dark blue beauty surfaced to the top - a
2003 L & H 33 powered with Twin Cummins B330's. This L & H 33 has a storied past
fishing the waters off Islamorada, Florida chasing everything from sailfish to
swordfish. The Club has decided to keep the original name "Bodacious" as that
certainly fits the atmosphere created by Eastern Pacific Yacht Club pressing forward
as the first movable destination private fishing club in the world.

"We're really excited about the L & H." said Captain Rich Austin co-founder of the
Eastern Pacific Yacht Club. "The hull is really aggressive forward giving a soft and
smooth ride and almost flat in the back which allows her to fish and feel like a
much larger yacht." No expense was spared in the original build of this custom
gameboat that exceeded $600K during its completion at Merritt's Shipyard. It has a
teak Palm Beach helm, a full Pipe Welders tower, Furuno electronics and electronic
Mather controls in the tower. The fish box is fed by an Eskimo Ice Machine while the
forward berth has a 16,000 BTU A/C system! "Bodacious is a real head turner," Says
Austin. "The Membership is really going to dig this ride."

The Club officially opens for member use on September 1, 2008 in Santa Catalina,
California just in time for the three biggest marlin tournaments on the west coast.
After a few west coast additions, Bodacious will be primed and ready for an
aggressive season chasing gamefish in remote regions as far south as Panama. Phase
II membership will be completely sold out by our Grand Opening Day. Please check out
